# Marketing Manager V | AI Developer Marketing

  Help shape how developers engage with the future of AI. We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a fast moving team focused on developer marketing within the AI space. This is a highly visible, hands on role for someone who knows how to engage technical audiences, build compelling developer programs, and turn ambitious ideas into successful global activations. You’ll lead marketing campaigns and developer experiences, including global virtual hackathons, promotions, and content that showcases what developers are building with emerging AI technologies. This team moves quickly. The ideal person is energized by change, comfortable taking ownership, and able to jump in and deliver without needing extensive direction.  What You’ll Do
• Lead and execute marketing campaigns designed specifically for developer and technical audiences
• Plan and manage global virtual hackathons and other developer activations
• Develop promotions that drive awareness, participation, and engagement
• Turn hackathon winners and developer success stories into compelling marketing content
• Partner with cross functional teams to bring high visibility AI initiatives to market
• Identify opportunities using audience insights, market trends, and program performance
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while adapting quickly as priorities evolve
• Stay current on AI developments and translate emerging opportunities into meaningful developer experiences What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of marketing experience, with significant experience marketing to technical and developer audiences within the AI space
• Hands on experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and developer activations
• Experience organizing global virtual hackathons or similar large scale developer programs
• Strong understanding of developer audiences and what drives engagement within technical communities
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and move programs forward with minimal oversight
• Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities and technology can change quickly
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field  Nice to Have
• Deep familiarity with AI, generative AI, LLMs, or the broader AI developer ecosystem
• Experience creating marketing content from developer programs, competitions, or hackathons
• Experience managing high visibility global developer initiatives You’ll have the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, developers, and global marketing, owning programs that reach technical audiences and showcase what developers are building with emerging technology. This is not a traditional product marketing role. It’s an opportunity to be close to rapidly evolving AI technology while owning highly visible developer campaigns, global activations, and programs from strategy through execution. The team has operated at an exceptionally fast pace, including launching more than 10 models within an eight week period.  If you thrive in environments where things move quickly, enjoy building experiences for technical audiences, and know how to turn developer engagement into impactful marketing programs, we’d like to hear from you.
