Ferraro Law
Marketing Data Analyst Location: Brickell, Miami, FL Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Marketing Turn Data Into Decisions. Turn Marketing Investment Into Measurable Growth. The Ferraro Law Firm, P.A. is seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Senior Marketing Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex marketing, intake, and client acquisition data into actionable business intelligence. This is not a traditional marketing reporting role. We are looking for someone who can build the infrastructure and analysis necessary to answer the questions that matter: Where are our best cases coming from? Which campaigns generate qualified leads and signed clients? What does it cost to acquire a case? Where are leads being lost? Which marketing investments should we increase, decrease, or eliminate? The ideal candidate can work across multiple data sources—including advertising platforms, web analytics, call tracking, CRM/case-management systems, and intake data—to create a reliable picture of performance from marketing spend through signed case and business outcome. What You'll Own Marketing & Client Acquisition Analytics Analyze performance across paid search, paid social, SEO, organic, referral, television, digital, and other client acquisition channels. Build reporting that connects the full acquisition funnel: Marketing Spend → Lead → Qualified Lead → Intake → Consultation → Signed Case → Case Type/Value Measure lead quality—not simply lead volume—across campaigns, channels, vendors, geographies, keywords, and practice areas. Analyze cost and conversion performance by campaign and acquisition source. Identify underperforming marketing investments and opportunities to improve ROI. Conduct cohort, funnel, trend, and segmentation analyses to identify patterns in client acquisition. Partner with Marketing and Intake leadership to determine why qualified leads are converting—or being lost. Business Intelligence & Dashboard Development Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI platforms . Develop dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into marketing spend, lead generation, intake performance, signed cases, and acquisition costs. Automate recurring reporting and reduce dependence on manual spreadsheet-based analysis. Establish standardized KPI definitions and reporting methodologies across Marketing and Intake. Develop reporting that allows leadership to drill down from firm-wide performance to individual campaigns, sources, markets, and practice areas. Attribution & ROI Analysis Develop and improve marketing attribution models across multiple channels and client touchpoints. Connect advertising and lead-source data to CRM and case-management records. Analyze the relationship between marketing investment and actual signed cases. Evaluate campaign performance based on business outcomes rather than clicks, impressions, or surface-level lead volume . Develop methodologies for measuring customer/client acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and marketing ROI. Identify attribution gaps and recommend improvements to tracking architecture. Data Analysis & Infrastructure Use SQL to query, combine, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Integrate and reconcile information from platforms such as: Salesforce / Litify Google Analytics 4 Google Ads Meta Ads Call-tracking platforms Intake systems Internal databases and spreadsheets Identify data-quality issues, duplicate records, attribution inconsistencies, and tracking gaps. Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve data integrity. Create repeatable processes for extracting, transforming, validating, and analyzing marketing and intake data. Maintain documentation for reporting logic, KPI definitions, and data sources. Core KPIs The Senior Marketing Data Analyst will help establish, monitor, and improve metrics including: Marketing Spend Cost per Lead (CPL) Cost per Qualified Lead Cost per Consultation Cost per Signed Case / Client Acquisition Cost Lead-to-Qualified Conversion Rate Qualified Lead-to-Signed-Case Conversion Rate Overall Lead-to-Signed-Case Conversion Rate Intake Conversion Rate Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Marketing ROI Lead Quality by Source Signed Cases by Campaign Acquisition Cost by Practice Area Funnel Leakage / Lost Lead Analysis What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science , or a related quantitative discipline. 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, performance analytics, or a comparable data-driven role. Strong SQL skills and demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets. Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable BI/data visualization platforms . Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills. Experience with Google Analytics 4 and digital advertising data . Strong understanding of marketing attribution, conversion funnels, CAC/CPA, CPL, ROAS, and ROI. Experience combining data from multiple systems and identifying inconsistencies between data sources. Experience with Salesforce, Litify, or another CRM/case-management platform strongly preferred. Familiarity with call tracking and lead attribution platforms is highly desirable. Python or R experience is a plus. Experience with APIs, ETL processes, data warehouses, or cloud-based analytics environments is a plus. Experience in legal marketing, personal injury, mass torts, lead generation, healthcare, insurance, or another high-value consumer acquisition industry is highly desirable. This Is Not a Reporting-Only Position We are not looking for someone whose primary function is exporting reports and distributing spreadsheets. We need an analyst who will interrogate the data. When CPL increases, you investigate why. When lead volume increases but signed cases decline, you identify where the funnel is breaking. When two platforms report different conversion numbers, you determine which data is reliable. When a campaign generates inexpensive leads but poor-quality cases, you make that visible. When the data identifies an opportunity, you communicate it clearly enough for leadership to act. Your responsibility is not simply to tell us what happened. Your responsibility is to help us understand why it happened, what it means, and what we should investigate or change next. Performance Expectations Success in this role will be measured by the analyst's ability to: Produce accurate, reliable, and actionable business intelligence. Improve visibility into the firm's true cost of client acquisition. Establish reliable attribution from marketing source through signed case. Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and conversion. Detect weaknesses within the Marketing-to-Intake funnel. Reduce manual reporting through dashboarding and automation. Improve data quality and confidence in executive reporting. Deliver insights that influence marketing investment decisions. Communicate complex findings clearly to senior leadership. Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities before being asked. Who Will Succeed Here You are highly analytical, naturally skeptical of incomplete data, and comfortable digging until you understand what is actually happening. You don't confuse more leads with better marketing . You understand that a campaign generating 500 leads may be less valuable than one generating 50 highly qualified cases. You are equally comfortable building a SQL query, analyzing a conversion funnel, creating an executive dashboard, and explaining your conclusions to someone who doesn't work in analytics. You take ownership of the accuracy of your work and understand that leadership may make significant investment decisions based on the information you provide. About The Ferraro Law Firm, P.A. Location: Brickell, Miami, Florida Employment Type: Full-Time Work Environment: Fast-paced, analytical, collaborative, and performance-driven If you are a data professional who wants to move beyond reporting dashboards and have a direct impact on marketing strategy, client acquisition, and business growth , we encourage you to apply.
