Role Description The Receptionist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Los Angeles, CA. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming mail and deliveries, and maintaining an organized front desk area. The Receptionist will schedule appointments, support property management staff with basic clerical tasks, and provide information and assistance to residents, property owners, and vendors. Daily activities include handling inquiries in a professional manner, updating records, coordinating messages, and ensuring that every person contacting the office experiences timely, courteous service. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and communication skills for managing calls and interactions with clients, residents, and vendors. Candidates should possess core Receptionist Duties skills, including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries appropriately. Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, such as data entry, filing, handling mail, and maintaining organized records and office supplies. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Additional beneficial qualifications include prior reception or office experience, familiarity with property management or real estate, proficiency in basic office software, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and work reliably on-site.
