Job Description End-to-end management of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closing processes of Information Technology projects, Preparing and keeping up-to-date project scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning, Proactively managing project risks, dependencies, and critical actions, Ensuring coordination between business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders, Regularly reporting project progress status and presenting to senior management, Evaluating and managing change requests in line with project goals, Ensuring alignment with project governance processes and PMO standards, Coordinating the completion of project deliverables in accordance with quality, scope, and timeline targets, Ensuring coordination between agile development teams and traditional project management processes, Performing project closure activities to ensure that lessons learned and key takeaways are documented. Requirements Graduated from Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related departments of universities, At least 3-4 years of project management experience in IT projects, Has played an active role in at least one of the following: software development, system integration, infrastructure, data management, or digital transformation projects, Mastered project management methodologies (PMI, Waterfall, Hybrid), Experienced in working with Agile (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) teams and capable of coordinating the management processes of agile teams, Experienced in project scope, time, budget, resource, risk, and quality management, Experienced in creating project plans, tracking milestones, and preparing project progress reports, Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools, Preferably possesses English language skills at a level to read English documentation and participate in technical meetings. PMP certification is preferred.
