Recruitment Lead

We're looking for a Recruitment Lead to build and run the hiring function for a project close to family office in construction and hospitality sphere as we are scaling it quite rapidly. This is a fully remote role, leading a recruitment team of 6 people in collaboration closely with the business on the most complex hires. What You'll Do: Manage and develop a recruitment team of 6-7 recruiters Own the most complex, senior, or sensitive positions end-to-end, personally Build recruitment analytics and reporting to track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and team performance Design and evolve sourcing strategies across the roles the function hires for Advise the business on hiring strategy, market realities, and org design as the team grows Set process, tooling, and standards for the wider recruitment team Requirements Solid experience leading a recruitment team, ideally through a period of active scaling Track record of personally closing complex or senior hires Comfortable building recruitment analytics and using data to guide decisions Fluent in English and Russian, spoken and written Strong communication skills and good judgment with confidential information Self-directed and comfortable working remotely, leading a distributed team Benefits A remote-first lifestyle, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere while being part of a world-class, high-performance team The chance to join a fast-growing team, with a potential path to becoming HRD Full equipment provided — laptop and everything you need, set up from day one
