Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Trauma - Full-Time

Role Summary: The registered nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They act as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a patient- and family-centered approach. Key Responsibilities Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and take appropriate actions to promote outcomes. Deliver safe, effective care according to policies, maintain accurate documentation, and support performance improvement initiatives. Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring satisfaction. Contribute to professional growth through ongoing training, certifications, and participation in organizational initiatives. Mentor and support the development of other nurses, fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred). Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Experience with direct patient care is preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and professional standards adherence.
