Business Systems Analyst – Smartsheet

Through Marketech International Corporation USA, we support major semiconductor and industrial projects across the United States.   Job Overview We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst – Smartsheet to build and support Smartsheet solutions that improve business processes, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will work closely with business teams to understand requirements, develop practical Smartsheet solutions, and support workflow automation, reporting, integrations, and platform administration.   Key Responsibilities Build and maintain Smartsheet sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, and workflows Develop automations, alerts, approvals, and process improvements Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into Smartsheet solutions Support integrations between Smartsheet and tools such as Microsoft 365, Power BI, Jira, Salesforce, or similar platforms Manage user access, permissions, workspaces, and platform governance Troubleshoot formulas, workflows, automations, and integration issues Create documentation, training materials, and provide end-user support Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and business processes Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience with Smartsheet or a similar business workflow/platform tool Strong experience with Smartsheet sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, and automations Experience gathering business requirements and supporting cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Understanding of business process improvement and project management principles Preferred Qualifications Experience with Smartsheet Control Center, Dynamic View, or Bridge Experience with Smartsheet API or system integrations Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar technical tools Smartsheet certification Experience in business analysis, systems administration, PMO, or project controls Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.   Equal Employment Opportunity All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable local, state, or federal law.
