This role sits at the intersection of product innovation, trend strategy, technical development, merchandising, and customer experience. You will partner closely with Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, QA, Production, Packaging, Operations, and Marketing to bring elevated, comfort-first products to market while continuously evolving quality, fabric innovation, and speed to launch.Key Responsibilities: Own the full product lifecycle with from concept through launch across Home categories Lead development across bedding, blankets, pillows, weighted products, home accessories, and future home expansion categories Manage prototypes, sampling, fabric & wash approvals, testing, and quality execution Drive comfort, softness, handfeel, durability, and fit standards across product categories Continuously research home, lounge, wellness, and recovery trends, fabrics, and innovation Partner closely with Fabric, Quality and Sourcing teams to elevate materials,vendor matrix and product quality Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, returns, trends, and market opportunities to drive product decisions Support assortment planning across core, seasonal, gifting, and newness strategies Own development calendars and ensure on-time product launches aligned with key commercial moments Partner cross-functionally with QA, Production, Operations, Packaging, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless product launch. Communicate daily with overseas vendors and factory partners to manage development progress, troubleshoot issues, ensure clear execution, and maintain on-time delivery across all product categories. Identify white space opportunities within the comfort, wellness, and lifestyle market What You Can Bring: 10-12 years of experience in product development within home and/or lounge apparel lifestyle categories Strong technical understanding of fabrics, fills, trims, garment construction, and comfort-focused product development Experience developing cozy, sensory-driven, or comfort-focused products preferred Strong understanding of trend research, assortment planning, and ecommerce product strategy Experience managing product development calendars and vendor communication Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of development Thrives in a high SKU count, fast-paced environment with constantly evolving priorities and timelines Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously, manage own schedule effectively in a remote environment, and consistently meet deadlines Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability from concept through execution Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Suite, Excel, Miro Experience with PLM systems and project management tools such as Asana or Notion Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design, Product Development, Textiles, or related field preferred Who You Are: Deeply passionate about comfort, lifestyle, wellness, and emotionally driven product Strong eye for elevated product aesthetics, trends, and cohesive assortment building Obsessed with softness, comfort, fabric quality, and customer experience Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and highly organized with an ownership mentality Strong strategic product thinker with the ability to identify white space opportunities Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Collaborative, solution-oriented, and an effective cross-functional communicator Why Join Comfrt?
