Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled IT Help Desk Specialist with a strong background in aerospace manufacturing IT environments and proven knowledge of CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) and NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) frameworks. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience providing technical support, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards, and supporting mission-critical systems in a regulated industry.
