Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service while performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of residential garage doors. You'll work closely with our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met, and their garage doors are functioning flawlessly. Key Responsibilities Customer Focus: Provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction with our garage door solutions. Technical Expertise: Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of residential garage doors with precision and attention to detail. Estimates: Collaborate with customers, accurately measure garage areas, and provide detailed estimates for the services required. Sales Support: Work alongside our sales team to ensure seamless communication, efficient operations, and satisfied customers. Technology: Daily use of Apple tablets and Service Titan efficiently to document customer interactions, create estimates, and maintain organized records.
