Assistant Manager Internal Audit

Kar Porcelain is looking for an Internal Audit Assisstant Manager to join our team. Kar Porcelain (Bonna Premium Porcelain) is a leading manufacturer of premium ceramic and porcelain products. With operations spanning Turkey, Egypt, and Uzbekistan, we're committed to excellence in quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. We're seeking a strategic leader to build a strong internal audit and financial control framework. Manage internal audit in production facilities Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans Audit accuracy and compliance of accounting records Monitor expense cycles, cash management, and bank operations Verify fixed assets, inventory, and warehouse records Ensure tax and regulatory compliance Identify and report financial irregularities and fraud risks Perform budget analysis and financial reporting assessments Conduct risk analysis and recommend improvements Present findings to management and relevant departments Strengthen and monitor the internal control system Collaborate across departments to drive accountability Must-Have: 5-7 years of financial audit experience Manufacturing sector background (ceramics, porcelain, or chemical industry) Solid accounting and financial control expertise Experience with risk assessment and financial analysis Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field) Fluent in English (communication with international teams)
