Manager of Quality Programs

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager of Quality Programs. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the development and management of our quality improvement/quality assurance programs. As the Manager of Quality Programs, you will play a vital role in driving strategic planning, providing leadership, and ensuring operational oversight for our quality initiatives. Your expertise and vision will be instrumental in the development, implementation, monitoring, and client relationship management related to quality standards. With a strong focus on the company's goals, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality improvement initiatives. Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence will ensure our continuous improvement and compliance with industry-leading practices. Additionally, as part of your role, you will have the responsibility of contributing to the development of content for proposals. Your valuable input will help shape the direction and quality of our proposals, as you review drafts and provide final approval for their content. Your ability to effectively communicate quality improvement strategies will enhance our ability to secure new business opportunities. The Illinois Tailored Care Management Program helps individuals with complex health and social needs transition from nursing facilities and Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facilities (SMHRFs) to community-based living. Through person-centered care management and coordinated support services, the program empowers members to live more independently and thrive in their communities.
