# Production Machine Operator

1st Shift Production Machine Operator Location: Aurora, IL Pay: Starting at $21.50 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Overview Aztech Locknut Company is seeking a reliable and motivated 1st Shift Production Machine Operator to join our team in Aurora, IL. In this role, you will play a key part in our manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment runs efficiently and produces high-quality products. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to help you succeed and build confidence in your role. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and attention to detail Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery according to specifications Perform job changeovers and machine setups efficiently Monitor machine performance to ensure optimal operation Inspect and test products to maintain quality standards Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed Accurately document production data and report issues to supervisors Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Skills & Abilities Knowledge of production processes and procedures Mechanical knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting ability Strong attention to detail and quality focus Effective teamwork and communication skills Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and life insurance Health savings account (HSA) Paid time off (PTO) Tuition reimbursement Pre-Employment Requirements Drug screening Background check
