Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in Pompano Beach, FL. The Truck Driver will operate commercial trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations. Day-to-day tasks include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading and unloading freight as needed, securing cargo, and following assigned routes and schedules. The role requires strict adherence to DOT regulations, company safety policies, and accurate completion of logs and delivery documentation. The driver will communicate with dispatch, report any mechanical issues, and maintain a clean and professional vehicle at all times. Qualifications Possess a valid CDL Class A license and a clean driving record. Demonstrated experience in truck driving and safe operation of commercial trucks. Ability to safely perform loading and unloading tasks and properly secure cargo. Knowledge of and compliance with DOT regulations and related safety standards. High school diploma or equivalent; additional driver training or certifications are beneficial. Strong time management, route planning, and basic documentation skills. Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly. Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required. Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
