# Project Manager, Construction

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. A Day In The Life Responsible for managerial aspects of a project including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule Make sound decisions under tight deadlines Necessary Qualifications 3-5 years of construction experience running projects with a general contractor; design/build preferred Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required What We Can Offer You At ARCO, we are committed to taking care of our greatest asset – our team.
