Solutions Architect - Cloud & AI (Arabic Speaking)

About the Role We are hiring a Solution Architect to support the Middle East business of a leading global cloud technology company. Based in Istanbul, this role will work closely with the sales team throughout the full customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, solution design, implementation support and post-sales engagement. Key Responsibilities Work closely with sales teams and join customer meetings to provide technical consultation. Understand customer business and technical requirements and identify opportunities around Cloud and AI solutions. Design end-to-end cloud and AI solutions covering compute, storage, database, networking, security, Kubernetes and big data. Support AI solution architecture, including LLM applications, RAG, Agents, model/tool selection, POC and Demo development. Coordinate with internal product, engineering and service teams to support strategic customers and resolve technical issues. Help develop and expand business opportunities from a technical perspective. Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an internationally recognised institution. 2+ years of experience in public cloud, IT infrastructure, AI, solution architecture, pre-sales or related fields. Strong knowledge of public cloud products such as compute, storage, database, networking and cloud security. Familiarity with AI and LLM ecosystems, including technologies such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek or similar. Experience with at least one major cloud provider such as Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Huawei Cloud or Tencent Cloud. Cloud-related technical certification is preferred. Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills. Fluent Arabic and English are required. Turkish language capability is a plus. Experience working with cloud partners, resellers, distributors or major cloud vendors is highly preferred. Preferred Experience Pre-sales Solution Architect / Sales Engineer / Technical Consultant experience. Experience supporting customers in industries such as internet, gaming, e-commerce, Web3, media, retail or financial services. Experience with RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, Dify, n8n, MCP or similar AI development frameworks is a plus. Ability to build AI demos or POCs is a plus.
