Role Description The Health Insurance Sales Associate (W2) is a full-time, on-site role based in Madison, WI. In this role, the associate will meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their health insurance needs, present plan options, and guide them through the selection and enrollment process. Responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring accurate and compliant documentation of all sales activities. The associate will stay up to date on product offerings, industry regulations, and company guidelines to provide clear, educational information to clients. Daily tasks also involve collaborating with team members, supporting agency goals, and delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. Qualifications Strong Insurance Sales skills, including prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing sales Experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, with a focus on health insurance products Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and follow-through Proven Sales skills, including pipeline management and meeting performance targets Relevant state health insurance license (or eligibility and willingness to obtain one promptly) Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in clear, accessible language Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance-related tasks Comfort working in an on-site environment and collaborating with a team in Madison, WI Basic proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and online enrollment platforms Prior experience in health insurance, financial services, or related fields is beneficial
