# Customer Service Representative

Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Austin, TX Work Type: On-site Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, emails, voicemails, and walk-in customers Process payments and customer transactions Maintain and update customer account records Resolve customer issues by: Identifying problems Providing solutions Following up for resolution Provide product/service information Meet productivity, quality, and schedule adherence standards Support overall customer service center operations Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication skills (phone, written, verbal) Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills Ability to: Handle difficult customers Multitask in a fast-paced environment Work independently and in teams Strong attention to detail and organization Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) Empathy, patience, and active listening Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required 1+ year customer service experience (required) Call center experience (preferred) Bilingual Spanish Required
