This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs. Key Responsibilities Manage recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach Conduct phone screens and candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and fit Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Submit qualified candidates with clear, concise summaries Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding Meet or exceed fill rate, time-to-fill, and activity metrics Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience working in a professional setting
