Senior Human Resources Manager - Plant Operations

Responsibilities Lead the implementation of HR programs, policies, and employee services, while advising division managers on human resources matters Manage HR processes, programs, and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals and business objectives Partner with managers to assess the employee climate, strengthen employee relations, and implement proactive strategies that support engagement and retention Develop, recommend, and implement HR policies and procedures, including maintaining employee handbooks and supporting policy development Support recruitment, onboarding, career development, retention, employee counseling, outplacement, and exit interviews, while addressing factors that contribute to turnover Oversee training, employee development, compensation, job evaluations, job profiles, and salary/wage administration to promote employee growth and ensure pay consistency and equity Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years of people-management experience involving hiring, developing, motivating, and directing employees Required experience working in Human Resources within the medical supply, medical device, or related healthcare manufacturing industry Must be willing and able to work across multiple shifts as business needs require Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state employment laws PHR or SPHR certification preferred; must be available for up to 25% business travel, both in-state and out-of-state Salary: $140k - $180k/annum Ask for: Aarti Manchanda ClearBridge Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
