Role: Registered Nurse in a Medical Surgical Renal unit Responsibilities Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to adults with complex medical and renal conditions Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and monitor patient responses Educate patients and families about treatment, dialysis, and post-surgical care Collaborate with an interprofessional team to ensure quality outcomes Utilize advanced clinical technologies and adhere to safety standards Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives Mentor support staff and engage in ongoing professional development Qualifications & Skills Current registered nurse licensure Experience in medical-surgical or renal care preferred Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Commitment to patient safety and quality standards
