As a Frontend-Focused Full Stack Engineer on our Conversation Intelligence team, you will shape the experience layer of Chorus.ai — ZoomInfo's Conversation Intelligence platform — turning millions of analyzed sales calls into insights sellers actually use. You will own customer-facing product areas end-to-end, building the data visualizations, charting experiences, and AI-powered interfaces that make complex conversation data intuitive and actionable. This is a high-visibility role on a product that sits at the center of how revenue teams understand their customers, with real influence over frontend architecture and design patterns across the team. What You'll Do: Design and build polished, responsive UI components and data visualization/charting experiences that make complex conversation data intuitive and actionable Build and iterate on AI-powered tools and interfaces that surface deal insights, risk signals, and next-step recommendations in digestible ways Collaborate closely with designers and PMs to translate roadmap initiatives into well-scoped frontend architecture and execution Contribute to backend REST APIs and services as needed to support new features, owning the contract rather than the deep implementation Provide technical leadership on frontend architecture, component design patterns, and performance, including code reviews that raise the UI/UX bar across the team Test, document, and maintain a frontend codebase that serves as an example to other engineers Partner cross-functionally to turn roadmap initiatives into shipped features that directly improve how sellers use Chorus.ai every day What You Bring: Must-Have: 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience building production web applications, with React, Angular, or Vue as your primary discipline Strong grasp of frontend architecture: component design, state management, performance optimization, and responsive, accessible UI Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you are highly responsible, enthusiastic, and thorough Experience collaborating with designers and product managers to scope and ship frontend features end-to-end Preferred: Working knowledge of, or genuine eagerness to learn, backend services and REST API development (Node.js or Python) Familiarity with relational/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and search technologies (Elasticsearch/Solr) Experience providing technical leadership or mentorship on a frontend team #LI-LM1 #LI-HybridActual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training.
