International Real Estate Specialist – Russian Speaker Location: Istanbul, Turkey Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based Industry: International Real Estate Montclair Estates is looking for a Russian-speaking International Real Estate Specialist to join our Istanbul office and support our international real estate activities across Turkey, Dubai and Thailand. We are looking for a commercially driven professional who can build strong relationships within Russian-speaking markets, develop investor and broker networks, and generate new business opportunities across our international property portfolio. Key Responsibilities • Develop and expand Montclair’s network within Russian-speaking and CIS markets • Build relationships with Russian-speaking investors, brokers, agencies and referral partners • Generate new business opportunities for real estate projects in Turkey, Dubai and Thailand • Identify and develop strategic B2B partnerships • Use existing networks and create new channels to attract international investors • Represent Montclair at meetings, events, exhibitions and networking activities • Support lead generation, client qualification and the sales process • Work closely with the Istanbul team and coordinate with our Dubai and Thailand operations • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities within Russian-speaking markets • Travel internationally when required for meetings, events and business opportunities Who We’re Looking For • Fluent or native-level Russian • Professional working proficiency in English • Previous experience in real estate, investment, sales, business development or a related field • Existing network within the Russian-speaking market is highly preferred • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment • Proactive, commercially minded and able to develop opportunities independently • No restrictions on international travel What Success Looks Like Success in this role means building a strong and active Russian-speaking investor and partner network, generating qualified business opportunities, and contributing measurable results across Montclair’s international property portfolio in Turkey, Dubai and Thailand.
