• Custodian Lead to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while providing leadership and support to the Environmental Services team. What You'll Be Doing Lead team members during special cleaning projects while helping maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service throughout the community. Oversee and assist with event setup and teardown, including arranging tables, chairs, and audio/video equipment for resident and community events. Perform routine and specialized cleaning duties including floor care, carpet shampooing, window washing, trash removal, and common area maintenance. Assist with quality control, training, scheduling support, and supply management to ensure efficient daily operations. Operate floor care equipment safely and professionally while supporting a safe, attractive, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Pay Range: $20.50 - $26.24 / hr DOE Schedule: Tuesday-Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM About You Minimum of two years of custodial, housekeeping, cleaning, or related experience preferred. Previous experience providing training, coaching, or guidance to team members. Knowledge of custodial equipment, floor care techniques, cleaning chemicals, and green cleaning practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and ensure events and projects are completed on schedule. Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
