# SAP FINANCIAL MODULES SOLUTION SENIOR SPECIALIST

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, primarily in SAP FI. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and end-to-end financial processes. Working knowledge of SAP CO processes and FI-CO integration. Experience with SAP implementation, transformation, rollout, or major upgrade projects. Experience in requirements analysis, process design, functional documentation, testing, and user support. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within international teams. Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required. SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration using SPRO. Strong knowledge of FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, Bank Accounting, Tax, automatic payments, and financial closing processes. Knowledge of SAP organizational structures, account determination, ledgers, document settings, posting periods, and parallel accounting. Experience with currencies, exchange rate configuration, foreign currency valuation, and multi-currency accounting. Knowledge of the S/4HANA Universal Journal, ACDOCA, Business Partner integration, and New Asset Accounting. Working knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, allocations, settlements, and FI-CO integration. General knowledge of CO-PA, Product Costing, and Material Ledger is preferred. Knowledge of FI integration with MM, SD, CO, TRM, banking solutions, and external systems. Ability to analyze SAP documents, tables, interfaces, application logs, and background jobs. Ability to prepare functional specifications and communicate technical requirements clearly to ABAP developers. Basic knowledge of IDoc, API, RFC, SAP Fiori, and authorization concepts. Knowledge of e-Invoice, e-Archive, e-Ledger, SAF-T, SAP DRC, or similar legal and regulatory reporting solutions is preferred. JOB DESCRIPTION Work with domestic and international business units to identify requirements and improve SAP financial processes. Design, configure, implement, and support SAP FI solutions in line with SAP best practices and global company standards. Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Tax, payment, and financial closing processes. Support core SAP CO processes and FI-CO integration. Manage FI integration with MM, SD, CO, TRM, banking applications, and external systems. Support Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, GR/IR, invoice verification, intercompany, and financial closing processes. Conduct root cause analyses and develop sustainable solutions for system-related issues. Support new production sites and international SAP rollout activities, including on-site process analysis when required. Participate in implementation, upgrade, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. Coordinate development and integration activities with ABAP teams, consultants, and third-party providers. Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, user guides, and training materials. Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support. Monitor relevant legal and regulatory requirements and coordinate the implementation of required system changes.
