• Fluent spoken and written English

• Ability to carry out business with both technical and non-technical team members effectively
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• BS degree from a reputable university in Engineering or related fields
• A self-starter, self-disciplined, self-managed, self-motivated personality
• Open to learning new technologies, especially AI tools and applications Job Description:
• Managing performance channels and optimizing campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook Ads and many others
• Building and sustaining relationships with advertising companies
• Analyzing and optimizing metrics for games and campaigns using analytics/reporting tools like Google Analytics, Tableau and in-house tools
• Identifying key insights around customer acquisition, retention and monetization
• Tracking, monitoring and reporting the marketing budget
• Performing market research, trend watching, competitive analysis and creating marketing strategies for game industry
• Managing search optimization strategies on mobile stores
• Managing in-game offers and cross promotions
• Overseeing all social media content and strategy
• Creating and experimenting with AI-generated visuals and video creatives for marketing campaigns
