Roles & Responsibilities: Assess maturity and capability levels of software development processes. Identify gaps and non-conformities against several standards and norms (Automotive SPICE, Functional Safety, Cyber Security) Support process improvement planning and deployment Setup of an action plan to monitor identified gaps and track improvement actions to closure Collaborate with process owners to implement corrective actions Monitor and track development indicators against defined target values Report and (if necessary) escalate to management when project deviations are identified Support supplier assessments and monitor compliance. Define and optimize processes together with the development team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical). Min 3 Years of experience in this field. Language skills: English and German at least B2 level Certified Provisional Assessor or Process Expert – Automotive SPICE® (intacs™ certified). Strong experience in software development life cycle and quality assurance in automotive/embedded domains. In-depth knowledge of ASPICE process categories. Proven experience conducting formal assessments independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of software and system testing Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
