Role Description The Comfort Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Westlake, OH. This position is responsible for engaging residential, commercial, and industrial customers, understanding their HVAC needs, and presenting appropriate solutions and service options. Day-to-day tasks include generating and following up on leads, preparing quotes, conducting on-site consultations, and closing sales in alignment with company standards and pricing. The Sales Specialist collaborates closely with service technicians and office staff to schedule work, ensure accurate information, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining sales records, meeting performance targets, participating in product and service training, and representing the company professionally at all customer touchpoints. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and internal teams. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, build pipelines, close deals, and support ongoing account relationships. Candidates should possess Training-related skills to learn product offerings quickly and help educate customers on HVAC needs. Experience in HVAC or home services sales is preferred, with the ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with basic computer and CRM tools. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in business, sales, or technical trades are a plus. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to customer sites in and around Westlake, OH.
