Commercial Lines Account Analyst Patriot Growth Insurance Services | Media, PA | Hybrid | Full-Time Why This Role Matters As a Commercial Lines Account Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting clients, carriers, and account teams throughout the policy lifecycle. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, managing important insurance documentation, and helping ensure commercial accounts are serviced accurately and efficiently.   In this role, you'll work closely with clients, insurance carriers, and internal account teams to support policy changes, renewals, certificates, billing matters, and day-to-day account servicing activities. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to client success will help strengthen client relationships and contribute to the overall success of the agency. How You'll Make an Impact Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and maintains strong relationships with commercial insurance clients. Maintain accurate client records and electronic files within the agency management system to support efficient account servicing. Process policy change requests and manage endorsement follow-up to ensure timely completion and accurate coverage updates. Issue new and renewal Certificates of Insurance and Automobile ID Cards accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding cancellations, billing concerns, and policy servicing matters to resolve issues promptly. Support renewal and new business activities from account preparation through policy binding, helping account teams meet client expectations. Manage the receipt, organization, and distribution of policy documents to ensure clients and internal stakeholders receive critical information on time. Create and maintain spreadsheets and business documents that support client needs and internal operations. Who You Are Client-focused and committed to delivering responsive, professional service. What You Bring Day One: 1+ years of experience in insurance, account management, customer service, administration, or a related professional environment. College degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and relationship-building abilities. General business knowledge and professional customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to create and edit Word documents, including manipulating tables and formatting. Licensed Property & Casualty Producer, or the ability to obtain the license upon hire. Valuable Additions: Commercial lines insurance experience. Experience processing endorsements, certificates of insurance, renewals, or policy servicing transactions. Knowledge of AMS360 Agency Management System. Familiarity with insurance carrier interactions, billing processes, and account servicing workflows. Understanding of agency operations and the commercial insurance marketplace.
