Supply Chain Expeditor

Job Description Periodically monitor and follow up on open purchase orders. Obtain and record updated delivery status information from suppliers. Proactively identify orders at risk of delay and take necessary actions. Ensure effective coordination among technical teams, suppliers, logistics, and procurement departments. Closely monitor the shipment processes of critical operational materials. Ensure that shipping documents and logistics information are communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Prepare periodic reports on open orders and delivery delays. Anticipate potential delays that may impact operations and inform the relevant teams accordingly. Communicate with suppliers to expedite deliveries when necessary.. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields, Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, process tracking, and optimization, Deep understanding of the end-to-end flow from Purchase Order issuance to warehouse Goods Receipt, including production, transit, and customs milestones, Proven expertise in Bottleneck Analysis and value stream mapping, Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP) is highly preferred, Strong reporting skills with a solid understanding of supply chain KPIs, Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams, Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
