Production Associate - Full Time

Role: Production Associate responsible for assembling and manufacturing units in a safe, efficient manner. Responsibilities: Maintain safety standards, follow standard operating procedures, perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, operate hand and power tools, and ensure quality and safety compliance. Physical & Work Expectations: Ability to stand, walk, lift materials safely, bend, reach, and work in varying positions. Maintain stamina to sustain a steady pace and perform physically demanding tasks. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12 months manufacturing experience within the last 5 years, good communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and availability for overtime. Additional Requirements: 99% attendance, ability to work in noisy environments, and use PPE as required.
