Job Duties Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education High School Diploma/G.E.D. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills. Mon-Fri 0830-1800 Preferred Qualifications Pay Transparency: Pay: $23.32-$32.52 Additional Details: FT Sr SERVICE AGENT/NON-DOTMON-FRI 8:30AM-6:00PM Pay Transparency The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location or locations.
