What We Offer AIR rewards strong performance with competitive pay and additional earning opportunities: Base pay of $18.50 per hour plus uncapped commission opportunities with multiple ways to increase your earnings. Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease including: Higher-rent apartment homes: Updated finishes, larger floorplans, better views, and other premium features. Exceeding monthly goals: Several tiers provide opportunities to increase the percentage of total lease value earned per lease. Longer lease terms: Additional earning opportunities for 18-month or longer leases compared with the standard 12-month term. 25% Rent Discount at any AIR community. What You Will Do Turn qualified prospects into residents through prompt follow-up, personalized recommendations, and engaging tours. Identify each prospect's needs and confidently present the apartment home, amenities, and lease options that best fit them. Address questions, overcome objections, and confidently close prospective residents on their next home. Build and manage an active sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing, conversion, and occupancy goals. Maintain accurate prospect activity, appointments, and next steps in AIR's leasing systems. Create an exceptional experience for prospects and residents at every interaction. Support community marketing initiatives and leasing needs across the AIR portfolio. Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations. Who You Are Goal-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals. Competitive and energized by conversions, performance metrics, and commission opportunities. Confident building relationships, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale. Organized and consistent with follow-up in a fast-paced environment. Committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving business goals. What You Have At least 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience in a goal-oriented environment. Demonstrated experience meeting sales, leasing, conversion, revenue, or other performance goals. Experience guiding customers through a sales process, from initial interest through close. Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, follow-up, and objection-handling skills. Comfort learning and using leasing, CRM, and communication technology. Availability to work during community office hours, including weekends as needed. Hours may vary by community and season. Reliable transportation.
