# Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager plays a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, acting as a strategic and operational partner to both clients and internal teams. Reporting directly to the Account Director, this role supports account growth, drives day-to-day excellence, and helps translate strategic direction into effective execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-oriented, and confident in managing client communications while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts under the leadership of the Account Director Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a reliable day-to-day contact Translate client needs and business challenges into clear project briefs and actionable plans Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production) to ensure smooth project execution Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality output Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations and reports Identify opportunities to optimize processes and contribute to account growth Ensure all work aligns with client expectations and agency standards Qualifications 5–7 years of experience within creative or advertising agencies Proven experience in account management roles Strong communication and client management skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail Experience working on integrated campaigns across multiple channels Fluent in English, both written and spoken
