ABOUT THE ROLE: The Clubhouse Food and Beverage Senior Associate will be responsible for serving members in a warm, accommodating, and professional manner at our Clubhouse. We’re looking to you to create a consistent and positive clubhouse experience for Chief members and their guests. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION STRUCTURED AT 15-20 HOURS PER WEEK. WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Greet members and guests warmly and promptly take food and beverage orders. • Service members with food and beverage, including running and clearing all F&B items. • Assist bartenders during peak times by taking orders and serving members, including occasional wine and beer service. • Assist with food preparations and plating for daily service and events. • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area. • Assist with Meeting Room Setup & Breakdown • Provide food and beverage service for meeting rooms, ensuring all requests are met promptly and professionally. • Ensure meeting rooms are stocked with necessary supplies. • Help prepare and set up events, including arranging furniture, setting up decorations, and preparing service stations. • Assist with the breakdown and clean up after events, ensuring all areas are returned to their original state. • Ensure all clubhouse areas, including dining areas, bars, meeting rooms, and common areas, are clean and well-maintained. • Handles member problems and complaints, seeking assistance from the Clubhouse Manager when necessary. • Other ad hoc projects as needed WHAT YOU’VE DONE AND ENJOY DOING: • Working in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on time management • Worked with F&B service offerings • Worked with a POS system • Working with colleagues with a team-first attitude and solving problems collaboratively. • I have been given the opportunity to grow within my position and given permission to ask questions, experiment, and learn something new every day. • Providing guests with personalized attention and creating connections • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds • Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods WHY YOU'LL WANT TO WORK HERE: While we’re committed to remaining compliant and adhering to mandates, for us, pay transparency is more than a consideration of what’s lawful and unlawful but rather, an opportunity to disclose what’s required, and what we think is a fair and equitable compensation framework.
