Customer Service Associate – Jewelry OKG Jewelry | Little Neck, NY OKG Jewelry is a family-owned jewelry store serving the New York community for over 30 years. We’re looking for a friendly, professional, organized, and dependable Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates well, pays close attention to detail, and has an interest in fine jewelry. Previous jewelry, luxury retail, or sales experience is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in-store, by phone, and through messages Answer questions about jewelry, repairs, custom orders, and order status Follow up with customers regarding pickups, repairs, and special orders Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer experience Assist with basic product and sales questions Maintain accurate customer and order information Work closely with our sales, design, and jewelry teams Help maintain a professional and welcoming showroom Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, patient, professional, and dependable Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone Basic computer skills Jewelry knowledge or jewelry-store experience is a strong plus Luxury retail or sales experience is a plus Willingness to learn about diamonds, fine jewelry, repairs, and custom jewelry About OKG Jewelry We specialize in fine jewelry, engagement rings, custom designs, repairs, and personalized service.
