Brief Description About the Role: The Junior Data Analyst will join the Data & Analytics team and support stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Business Development, and Engineering. The role centers on turning data into clear, reliable answers. That means working with business teams to understand their questions, analyzing data from across the company, keeping reporting accurate, and communicating findings in a way that supports decision-making. The role offers high visibility into company-wide processes. It's highly collaborative and suits someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of their work. This is an entry-level role for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience. What You Will Do Write SQL queries against SQL Server to answer business questions and generate insights for Operations, Finance, Sales, and Business Development. Use Python to clean, analyze, and automate work with data. Handle ad hoc analysis requests from start to finish: clarify the question, pull and analyze the data, and present a clear answer. Validate data accuracy across reports and source systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies. Use AI coding assistants and help build AI agents that automate recurring analysis and reporting. Organize and reconcile data in Excel, mapping and merging data from multiple sources. Support finance-related analysis such as inventory, cost, and margin reporting. Monitor Power BI dashboards for data accuracy and refresh issues, escalating to the BI development team as needed. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within datasets and flag them proactively. Prepare data and visuals for internal and external-facing decks and reports. Document data definitions, query logic, and recurring processes. Manage and prioritize requests from multiple teams. Requirements We are Seeking People Who: Have a bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related computational or quantitative field. Have up to one year of professional experience. Recent graduates are welcome. Have hands-on experience from a data-related internship or personal projects, with work they can share, such as a GitHub repository or portfolio. Are knowledgeable in SQL and can write queries, including joins and aggregations, to answer business questions. Can write Python code for data analysis, using libraries such as pandas. Understand at least one BI tool, such as Power BI or Tableau. Are proficient in Excel. Have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Are eager to learn new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment. Have high attention to detail and are comfortable working with large datasets. Have exposure to Microsoft Fabric through coursework or personal projects, which is a plus. Understand data flows and architecture, which is a plus. Have completed coursework in data analysis, statistics, or business intelligence, which is a plus. Have an interest in the wireless, electronics, distribution, or supply chain industry, which is a plus.
