Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Cardiac Telemetry - Full Time Days

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Cardiac Telemetry Medsurg, responsible for providing high-quality, individualized patient care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Upholds nursing standards aligned with the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics, fostering a culture of compassion, excellence, and patient advocacy. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice to ensure safe, effective care. Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, incorporating cultural sensitivity and patient preferences. Partner with patients and families through clear communication, education, and goal setting, maintaining continuous updates and promoting patient involvement in care planning. Coordinate and document safe, quality care, fostering teamwork through interdisciplinary communication and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Support professional development by completing ongoing education, serving as a preceptor or mentor, and engaging in evidence-based research and practice improvements. Contribute to resource development, protocol creation, and efficiency efforts to optimize clinical outcomes and system performance. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years of RN experience, with preferred direct patient care background. Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact). Current BLS certification from recognized providers. Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Commitment to evidence-based practice, safety standards, and continuous improvement.
