Job Description: The Call Center Associate is responsible for assisting customers with a variety of account-related inquiries while delivering a positive and professional experience. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, researching customer concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring all interactions are documented appropriately. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding account questions and service requests. Assist with payment inquiries, account updates, document requests, escrow-related questions, and other mortgage servicing matters. Research customer concerns and provide timely, accurate resolutions. Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and patience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activity. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further review. Meet established quality, productivity, and customer service expectations. Utilize multiple systems and resources to efficiently support customer needs. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, contact center, or other fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications.
