What Makes You a Great Fit We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Integrations & Partner Embed at Pebl. HR platforms, HRIS providers, PEOs, and payroll tools all serve the same buyers we do—and they want to offer EOR capabilities to their customers without building their own infrastructure. You will define how Pebl’s EOR platform is embedded inside partner products, and build the integration layer that connects Pebl seamlessly to the tools our clients already use. This is a hybrid position based in Palo Alto, California, and in-office collaboration is required for at least 3 days per week. You will be an individual contributor. How You’ll Make An Impact • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Pebl's partner embed program — defining how EOR capabilities are surfaced inside third-party HR platforms under co-branded or white-label experiences • Define and ship the native integration layer that connects Pebl with HRIS, payroll, and HR tech platforms — including the data model, sync architecture, and error-handling experience • Partner with the Partnerships team to evaluate and prioritize embed and integration opportunities, setting the criteria for which partners to pursue and in what order • Work closely with engineering on API design, webhook architecture, and developer experience — writing clear specs that external partner teams can build against • Define the end-to-end experience for embedded flows, from initiating an EOR hire inside a partner platform to tracking a new employee through onboarding, without leaving the partner UI • Translate partner requirements and client pain points into prioritized, clearly scoped product requirements — with explicit trade-offs documented • Define and track success metrics for each integration and embed partnership, running experiments and iterating based on adoption and operational data • Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership Let’s Connect If You Have • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years owning an integration, platform, or partner product area • Deep familiarity with API design, webhooks, and data sync patterns — you can spec an integration end-to-end and spot edge cases before engineering does • Experience with B2B2B or embedded product models — you understand the commercial dynamics and the product complexity of building for a partner's customer, not your own • Track record owning a product area end-to-end — from strategy to shipped, adopted features • Hands-on approach to data — comfortable analyzing usage patterns, and instrumenting features to measure impact • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to execs (internal & external) and engineers alike • Startup experience, either in FinTech or HR tech preferably • Experience taking a product from 0-1 preferably Our Commitment to You At Pebl, we’re committed to supporting our team with comprehensive rewards and benefits designed to meet diverse needs across roles and locations.
