What You'll Do As a Member Services Advocate, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for members, providing guidance through service requests and claims intake while delivering empathetic, high-quality support. Responsibilities Include Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels Building strong relationships through empathy, active listening, and professionalism Assisting members with service inquiries, requests, and claims intake Accurately documenting customer interactions and resolutions Navigating multiple systems and applications in a fast-paced environment Identifying solutions while creating a positive member experience Schedule Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM
• 4:00 PM Post-Training Schedule: May be as late as 10:00 AM
• 7:00 PM What We're Looking For Strong customer service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously Comfort handling phone-based customer interactions throughout the day Strong problem-solving and active listening skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications Highly Transferable Backgrounds Include Call Center Banking & Financial Services Hospitality Retail Healthcare Administration Insurance Education Other customer-facing service industries Insurance or claims experience is a plus, but not required. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $53000.00 - $53000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
