# High Risk Cardiac Clinical Nurse

Join a high-risk cardiac unit as a registered nurse, providing direct patient care in a specialized hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with nursing standards. Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities while supporting professional development. Developing and documenting individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited Nursing program with an RN license. Preferred BSN degree and experience in telemetry or cardiac care.
