Position Details: The Account Representative at MedElite plays a key role in coordinating provider schedules, facility needs, and day-to-day logistics. This position is responsible for building and maintaining provider schedules, making necessary adjustments, and communicating schedule changes to both providers and facilities. The Account Representative also addresses concerns, follows up on missing reports and documentation, and ensures operational needs are handled efficiently. Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our partner healthcare facilities. Maintain positive relationships with clinical providers, physicians, and medical groups Serve as the primary point of contact between MedElite and providers/external facilities addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth communication. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of services with external partners/providers, escalating issues as necessary with the appropriate stakeholders. Work collaboratively to find mutually beneficial solutions to enhance the overall partnership. Analyze data related to facility relations, identify trends, and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and other relevant metrics. Monitor and manage provider contracts, addressing any issues and ensuring compliance. Build and maintain monthly provider schedules, making necessary adjustments and communicating changes to providers and facilities. Ensure provider schedules, visit data, and visit statuses are accurate and up to date. Monitor provider documentation and follow up on missing or overdue reports to ensure timely submission. Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by clinical providers promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Proven experience in healthcare facility relations, business development, or a related role Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master's degree a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making Experience with project management-related responsibilities in a fast paced environment Previous customer service experience, or demonstrated customer service ability Negotiation and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Benefits: Health Dental Vision 401k Plan Company Sponsored Life Insurance Short and Long term Disability Paid Time Off Commuter Benefits Salary Range $25 - $30 an hour EEO/AAP Statement: MedElite is an equal opportunity employer.
