# EXPERIENCED FRONT DESK MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

Benefits: 401(k) Employee discounts Paid time off About the Role: Woodrome Medical PA is looking for an experienced Front Desk Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Livingston, TX. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated healthcare team where your organizational skills and patient-first attitude will make a real difference every day. Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients in a professional, friendly manner Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service Answer multi-line phone system, route calls, and respond to patient inquiries Maintain accurate patient records and update demographics in the EHR system Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and communication between patients and clinical staff Ensure front desk area is organized, HIPAA-compliant, and running efficiently Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of front desk experience in a medical office setting Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical scheduling software Knowledge of insurance verification, co-pays, and basic medical billing Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office certification a plus About Us: Woodrome Medical PA is a trusted healthcare provider serving the Livingston, TX community with compassionate, quality patient care.
