Acute Medicine Registered Nurse - Full Time Nights

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in an acute medicine unit with a focus on complex medical conditions including renal, endocrine, neurological, GI/GU, pulmonary, infectious disease, and cardiology. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient and family education, safety, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, promoting healing-centered care, and communicating care plans across teams. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional factors, respecting patient values and cultural considerations. Qualifications include an RN license and a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; a Bachelor’s in Nursing and 2 years of experience are preferred.
