Vehicle Damage & Claim Management Specialist

Responsibilities Detecting and tracking vehicle damages occurring during import, stockyard, and dealer shipment processes Managing and improving damage-related processes with logistics suppliers Conducting detailed inspections of damaged vehicles and preparing root cause analyses Reporting vehicles arriving damaged during import operations and sharing reports with relevant departments Opening, monitoring, and finalizing damage claim files with insurance companies Coordinating with the accounting department regarding damage costs, depreciation, and compensation processes Preparing regular damage reports and presenting them to senior management Developing process improvement and cost reduction recommendations Qualifications Minimum 2–4 years of experience in damage management, quality, or logistics within the automotive industry Knowledge of damage assessment, reporting, and claim management processes Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools Good knowledge of insurance processes (surveyors/experts, claim file management, compensation procedures)
