They oversee all aspects of the site operations including preschool and therapy enrollment, leadership of team members, management of systems and processes at the site level, compliance to all state-mandated guidelines, revenue/expenses, and health and safety. Lead by example and ensures the Pediatrics Plus culture is reinforced in all decision-making for the site.  Lead daily huddles of the team to be used for priority setting, obstacle identification, and support of team members. Lead site retention efforts to retain quality team members. Oversee the direction of the preschool program, therapy, and ABA operations, specifically regarding programs being therapeutically/developmentally focused; a collaborative environment between teachers, therapists, and ABA team members; and with a high priority placed on family engagement and involvement. Oversee all aspects of team member management including hiring, terminations, corrective actions, performance reviews, position placements, promotions, and training. Ensures approval from SVP/VP and Human Resources (HR)/Legal for terminations based on company violations other than occurrence policy violation. Oversee all annual themes ensuring they are actively promoted and reinforced following directions provided from senior leadership. Ensure compliance through Arkansas Childcare Licensing, AR Medicaid EIDT, governing agencies, audits, and any additional compliance requests by the company. Provide oversight and leadership to team member management to promote leadership growth and site development. This includes weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with:  Director of Therapy Services Director of Preschool Services Director of ABA Services Administrative Team Lead Nurse Provide oversight and compliance with all aspects of the preschool and therapy budget including revenue, expenses, and payroll within the parameters of the site’s projections. Oversee the developmental preschool enrollment and therapy caseload management. Make decisions and oversee the discharge process for clients attending preschool, therapy, and/or ABA. Maintain quality assurance through measures provided by Pediatrics Plus’s Ensure all HR functions (payroll, time-off requests, worker’s compensation, leaves of absences, and any needed paperwork) are completed accurately and timely and adequate communication is maintained with the HR Oversee and handle site-related people issues including, but not limited to, coaching, written warnings, development plans, and terminations with approval from designated leadership. Attend and represent site in designated organizational, leadership, and clinical program line meetings. Assist with marketing events, doctor visits, and other marketing avenues as needed and/or requested. Responsible for handling any parent complaints or concerns and escalating if warranted to appropriate leadership. Ensure completion of site metrics to understand current statusand possible need to increase numbers to set targets. Attend local business functions and has a working relationship with other businesses, local influencers, mom/parent groups, churches, and chambers within the community. Demonstrate an understanding of the local Lead program, its impact at the site level, and serve as a representative at meetings, as needed. Participate in one-on-one meetings with leader. May perform other related and non-related duties, as assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   What you have: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, physicians, clients, customers, field clinicians, and the public.  Knowledge of various funding source guidelines.  Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.  Must be able to work with clients birth to age 21 and families who are at risk.  Ability to function independently in all aspects, including project identification, evaluation, contract negotiations, and coordination with management and internal departments.  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.  Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.  Computer skills which include a working knowledge of keyboarding, database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software.   Ability to represent the company in a confident, persuasive, and positive manner.  Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.  Ability to work under stress and respond quickly in emergency situations.  In-depth knowledge of operational, clinical and referral development systems.  Ability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization.  Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding dress code.  Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.  Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.  Travel may be required.    Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, required.  Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Early Childhood Special Education, or therapy related field, preferred.    3+ years of successful experience in a classroom setting working with developmentally at-risk children and/or broad clinical experience, preferred.    Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently required to accurately communicate information and ideas so others will understand through sight and hearing. The team member is regularly required to move including walking, running, jumping, and sitting. The team member is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, lift, reach, and feel. The team member is frequently required to stand and stoop, twist, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
