Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering patient care in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including patient education, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Provide direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures according to policies. Evaluate care effectiveness, modify interventions as needed, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Collaborate proactively with physicians, ancillary staff, and team members to meet patient needs. Participate in decision-making, quality improvement initiatives, and safety programs. Maintain accountability for unit and organizational metrics, demonstrating teamwork and commitment to high standards. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of Specialty Training Program-Nursing, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. Key Duties: Completing assessments, formulating and implementing care plans, providing treatments, evaluating patient responses, and ensuring safety and quality of care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
