[Job Radar](https://jobradar.live/) / [Jobs](https://jobradar.live/ilanlar) / Demand Planner Active Hybrid South Jordan, UT, United States Posted · 28.09.2026 SmartRecruiters (US) # Demand Planner Cricut As a key member of the Planning team, you will be responsible for managing a product portfolio and supporting related demand-planning activities across North America. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts across products, channels, customers, and regions. Analyze historical sales data, market trends, promotional activity, product changes, and business inputs to improve forecast accuracy. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to incorporate business intelligence into demand plans. Support the S&OP process by preparing demand inputs, highlighting forecast changes, and identifying risks and opportunities. Identify and communicate risks and opportunities related to forecast, inventory, and supply availability. Support new product launches, product transitions, and end-of-life planning with timely and accurate forecasting. Monitor inventory and demand signals to identify potential supply constraints, out-of-stock risks, excess inventory, and other planning opportunities. Partner with Supply Planning and Customer Supply Chain to communicate demand changes, inventory risks, and recommended actions. Maintain demand-planning systems, tools, reports, data inputs, and forecasting assumptions. Monitor data accuracy and flag discrepancies or missing information. Use Excel, data-visualization tools, and AI-enabled tools to analyze forecasts, identify exceptions, and build repeatable planning-review tools. Maintain documentation and process guides for demand-planning workflows. Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, planning processes, and forecasting governance. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an analytical discipline (Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, etc.). Background in Demand Planning, Corporate Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Analytics, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Data visualization experience (Tableau, Domo, Qlik, etc.) preferred. Experience in ERP and MRP systems preferred. Advanced Excel skills required. Comfortable working with large datasets and planning tools; Tableau experience is a plus. Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to support data analysis, forecast review, reporting, and process improvement. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment. Customer focused, with the ability to constructively challenge assumptions and drive sound planning decisions.
