What you’ll do Lead estimating on large-scale data center electrical projects, from hyperscale campuses to phased expansions Build detailed estimates for MV distribution, substations, switchgear, UPS, generators and low-voltage systems Use Trimble Accubid as your primary tool for takeoff, pricing and database management Take budgets from conceptual through to detailed, aligned with fast-track schedules Coordinate labor, material, equipment and subcontractor pricing across internal teams Present proposals to clients, explaining constructability, sequencing and cost drivers Manage vendor and subcontractor engagement, including long-lead equipment Mentor estimators on data center means and methods: energized work, phased turnover and critical path sequencing Build relationships with OEMs and Subcontractors What’s on offer Competitive salary of $130K–$180K plus profit sharing Medical, dental and vision, plus an HSA with company contribution 401(k) with company match Paid time off Student loan repayment and 529 college savings program Company-paid life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability, identity theft protection and EAP Accident and critical illness insurance Ready to lead estimating on some of the most important builds in the country?
